We are happy to welcome Chef Kyong Daniel Choi to Malaysia, but more importantly, THE PUNTRY!
Chef Choi, Korean born Irish, has worked for some of the world's well known restaurants, such as Benu (3 Michelin star in San Francisco), Greenhouse (1 Michelin star in Ireland) & Insitu (1 Michelin star in San Francisco).
His passion for food has led him on a journey of discovery, both exploring new ideas and ingredients to further expand his culinary knowledge, Chef Choi's cuisine can easily be defined as "relaxed fine dining". Paying full respect for each and every ingredient that goes into a dish. He is a true perfectionist! Making sure every dish served meet his strict expectations. Truly a meal not to miss.
